We provide all instruction in a workforce context offering students the opportunity to prepare for their college and career goals prior to graduation. Students can take advantage of internships, work experience, job placement, and family wrap around services. Curriculum is embedded with materials and activities that strengthen students soft skills and workforce development. All students have the opportunity to work closely with our WIOA partner organizations. In addition, we offer 12 months of mentoring and follow-up once a student leaves our program. Diverse class formats for every learner In addition to independent study courses, students have the option and are encouraged to participate in small group and online instruction. Math, English, and Sciences are taught in small groups, free from distractions. These diverse class formats incorporate collaborative projects that encourage critical thinking and social interaction while maintaining a safe environment. Help students to be college-ready Post-secondary and career counseling is provided to every student. Juniors and seniors attend FREE college tours throughout the year and learn what to consider when selecting a school including size, major and minor programs, clubs, location, and campus life.
